1. A deposit of £50 will be charged at the time of Booking to secure the date, This Fee Is NON-RETURNABLE and the Balance paid in full 2 weeks before the event.
2. Cancellations of any said booking must be made in writing from the client to
Nightlife Discos 30 days prior to the date of the booking. Any cancellation in writing received from the client to the company under 30 days prior to the date of the booking then the client will be liable for the agreed full amount.
3. The Client is responsible for the safety and security at the venue and shall evict any persons causing nuisance to the Artiste or any other persons there.
4. Nighlife Discos will supply all the necessary equipment to perform and will be completely self contained apart from the electrical supply - The Client must ensure that the neccesary power supply is present.
5. In the event of any damage or loss of equipment or material provided by the Artist for the purpose of performance by persons on the premises the Client shall be liable to pay IN FULL the repair or replacement costs of equipment and the hire of necessary Equipment or material during replacement time and to compensate any loss of work due to the damaged/lost Equipment .
6.The client will allow suitable time for the company to set-up and dismantle equipment and will arrange with the management of the venue to allow this time to set-up and dismantle equipment prior to commencement of the booking.
7.Nighlife Discos will ensure that all equipment used will be P.A.T tested to conform to HSE EAW act 1989 and has full Public Liability Insurance.
8. This booking is not classed as confirmed until the attached booking form has been received. |
